Format decides the channel
Virtual appointments are booked online. In-person appointments in Charlotte and Atlanta are arranged by the office by phone.
Booking a time creates a request, not a confirmation
Requested times are reviewed and approved by Dr. Andrews, usually within one business day. Once approved, you will receive an intake packet to complete before your first session. Please allow time to complete it — the first appointment cannot proceed without it.

Sending a referral
Medical and behavioral health providers, employers, and human resources teams can send a referral using the online referral form, or by calling the office at (877) 305-0570, faxing (877) 418-3074, or emailing dr.ca@cheryllandrews.com. Audience-specific detail on referral triggers and process is on the Referral Partners page.
Attorneys, legal support teams, workers’ compensation carriers, third-party administrators, insurers, and case-management firms: these referrals are not accepted here. They are handled through a separate firm, The Vocational Standard — (980) 326-0616 or cheryl@thevocationalstandard.com.

| Cancellations | A $90 fee applies to appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. |

| Who you will see | Dr. Andrews is the lead clinician, supported by Clinical Assistants providing services under her supervision. Assignment is confirmed with you before the first appointment, and you may request to work directly with Dr. Andrews. |
